Daniels suggested 53 changes in the charter of rights but the major ones include having aboriginal rights guaranteed instead of Daniels said he wants an enforce ment clause because the history of broken deals by non indians in Canada is extensive. Daniels said he earlier agreed to support the Federal proposal but now thinks it is too weak. But with three Days to go before the end of constitutional debate he said he is not expect ing much.
