Once known As the love goddess of Hollywood is no longer Able to care for her. Health and financial needs a lawyer said in a court petition filed in los Angeles. The lawyer Leonard Monroe asked the los Angeles Superior court to appoint him conservator or guardian for Hayworth 61. The court set june 17 As a hearing Date for the request. Hayworth has two daughters Yasmin Aly Khan who lives in new York and Rebecca Welles who lives in Seattle the petition filed monday said. Hayworth whose Best known films include Gilda human cargo and miss Sadie Thompson was married to Oil agent Edward Judson actor Orson Welles pakistani million Aire Aly Khan Singer Dick Haymes and film producer James Hill. All her marriages ended in divorce. An attempt was made in to appoint a conservator i for Hayworth while she was living in Newport Beach Calif. But the petition was dismissed by a local court on the grounds Hayworth had moved out of its jurisdiction. Hayworth who now lives in fashionable Beverly Hills and who was once a neighbor of Glenn Ford her co Star in Gilda stopped making films in 1965, but made a Brief comeback in 1971. Hayworth lives alone one was at one time to be living quietly and alone a Sharp contrast from the dazzling film Star life of the woman who was a favorite wartime pin up of american soldiers. She was serenaded by a line of violinists and covered in Orange blossoms when she married Aly Khan in a wed Ding that was reported round the world. Hayworth attended a party Given for Frank Sinatra to celebrate his 40th year in show business 18 months ago and was seen for a time in the company of entertain ment friends. She was quoted after she finally retired from films As saying i made some mistakes but i have no regrets. I did t want five marriages but it just happened that Gale Gordon . S or.
