Accused killer s jury shown grisly folder of death terror an Assize court jury in the first degree murder trial of Vaughan Michael pollen was told yesterday a thick file folder detailing incidents of tragedy violence mailings and terror was seized from the accused s Home. Flipping through pages of newspaper clippings for the six Man six woman jury defence counsel g. Greg Brodsky said the folder contained accounts of dogs eating babies mangled bodies mangled cars death and Vio police sgt. M. R. Bell who seized the folder from pollen s Harvest Lane Home said he also found scrapbooks on the Rock group kiss some with pictures of its members vomiting blood and with blood coming out of their eyes and fingers. Pollen who had come from Quebec seven years earlier said the gun was his fathers and he had bought the shells at a downtown store. At Issue is a fee for Prober s services up to and including the month Long trial and an addition Al fee for services related to Wilson s Appeal before being sentenced to a seven year term. Dressed in prison garb Wilson said he s very Happy in Stony. It was wrongly reported in the free press tuesday and a picture outline May 27 that Wilson was being held at Hea Dingley correctional institution. In fact the la has been at Stony since shortly after he lost his Appeal May 21. Wilson called the meals at the prison excellent and said he is allowed to have visitors every Day. He said he is in no Rush to apply for bail because he expects to do some Good for fellow inmates and the penal system while he s in Stony.
