names on the equipment its team use if the manufacturers refuse to pay a promotional fee to the the move is the result of the league Brand name equipment which requires hockey equipment manufacturers to pay the nil for the privilege of displaying Brand names on their own equipment during league the Brand names of those that do not pay the fees will be removed moved or covered effective the adopted
