copy editor testified yesterday he was concerned about the Node Munct newspaper should have published a noncontroversial review of the Sil ver Heights Merv Unger told the six member civil court jury in a defamation Case that the general Tenor and tone of the review made him question whether it was the Type of article the newspaper should review critical it was a departure of what reviews of restaurants had in that it was critical of a Unger Testi he said he raised the matter with his immediate Superior after he was Given the review to prepare for following that Unger he wrote a headline for the review which on the headlined Silver Heights restaurant a disappoint is now the subject of a defamation suit by the James restaurant against former Tribune publisher Southam press which published the newspaper until it was shut Down and writer Andrew under Cross examination by defence counsel Alan Unger said he could not recall the newspaper having published any critical reviews of
