professor who is fighting to win a Perma nent Job in his department is going to court to Stop the Board of Gover nors from denying him the Earl who teaches in the department of actuarial and management is asking Manitoba court of Queens Bench to quash a recent order of the University Board which denied him the full time his Mel says it is the first Case he knows of where the court has administrative Roland vetoed a member of the University faculty filed a grievance claiming unjust treat he and the University agreed the dispute be argued before an impartial committee of inquiry headed by William after a Norton found Rosenbloom was unjustly treated and recommended he be Given the assistant professors but when the recommendation went be fore the University Board of governors
