pipe water to their crops i Eft Spring have been turned off by striking government the members of the Halista Dumarais water want to pipe water from a new water treatment Plant in Vic president Jim Friesen but construction on the Plant wont Start until Spring at the earliest because its design must be approved by water services Board Friesen farm Aid Issue pits producers the Winnipeg chamber of com Merce and Keystone agricultural producers Are at Odds Over govern ment Aid to debt plagued the split arose after the Winnipeg chamber rejected a number of barmaid resolutions at a Canadian
