local Viet namese Man has won the latest round in his six year court Battle to bring his 30year old brother to Canada and out of a Hong Kong detention Dai due Nguyen was notified last thursday that Federal court judge Justice Frederick Gib son ruled illegal reasoning was used by a Canadian immigration officer to deny his brother entry to Nguyen has been trying for six years Hes been to the
