that builds from a firm foundation of fairness and its a plan that prepares Canada for new global Competition while return ing to the Basic values that made this country it promises Hope and compassion while delivering at least one million new jobs in the first four years and two million jobs by our jobs plan is a real not a cynical attempt to buy votes with make work infrastructure our plan spends on education and in areas that will Cre ate goo paying it prepares a generation for the knowl Edge based industries of our plan will produce sustained economic growth and permanent jobs in the private to make it work the Federal government must give business the tools it needs to grow and a progressive conservative government will Cut personal taxes by 10 per cent and reduce payroll taxes by nearly that Means Ottawa will have to learn How to spend while the liberals were cutting transfers in health care and Educa Tion to the provinces by 40 per they were Only reducing their own spending by two per that is simply not Good our jobs strategy relies on fiscal tax cuts the Elimina Tion of Trade barriers and the reduction of regulatory Burden on each of these measures will contribute to making Canada More competitive and thereby better Able to deliver permanent it is a realistic plan that will Advance polls Advance polls open today Tor any eligible voter who May not be
