general Hospital is scrambling to find doctors for its emergency Ward after family physicians refused for a second Day to see new right we have physicians on said Allan Aizen the hospitals medical were working on a Day today basis trying to get people family doctors in the City of Are still going to the Hospital to see their own patients in an emergency but claim they Are overworked and dont have time to see anyone the Brandon doctors want the province to provide funding to hire full time emergency room physicians similar to those employed in Winnipeg but the province has lumped the Brandon Hospital into the same category As facilities in Steinbach and where doctors from other specialities Are asked to work shifts in the emergency officials at the Brandon Hospital last week made a Las ditch offer to the 25 to 30 family but it was turned Down and the doctors withdrew their services the doctors say Money is not the Issue they simply feel they dont have enough time to look after
