We share your concerns for safety and the proper performance of your tires. Nothing is More important to us than earning your Trust and Confidence in our products. Thank you for your patience and quickly moving towards completion we have now replaced and inspected 80% of the tires involved in the recall Here in Canada. We will continue to do everything in our Power to Complete the recall by a maximizing worldwide production a working with competitors to Supply tires a replacing recalled tires with competitive product Root cause analysis update our technical team continues to examine a number of factors including tire design the tire s components and external factors that might help us identify any Root causes. No one is More interested in finding the answers than we Are and we will keep working until we do.
