t Oronto ? the lawyer defend ing the Man accused of killing 10?year-old Holly Jones said he anticipates his client will plead guilty today to first degree murder in the girls grisly slaying just Over a year ago the Toronto Star reports. Its speculated that he will be plead ing guilty to first degree murder Greg Leslie said of his client 35-year-old Michael Briere describing him As the most upset and most remorseful accused Man he had Ever encountered in his 12 years of practising Law. Rocky mount a. ? an adult Black Bear was shot and killed after it wandered into a Virginia Hospital authorities said. The 136-kilogram male Bear wan dered in front of the Carillon Franklin memorial Hospital tuesday night activating a sensor that opens the hos Pital a doors. The Bear walked into a computer room. Police officers shut the door behind the animal said Lieut. Karl Martin of the Virginia department of game and Inland fisheries. Officers planned to sedate the Bear but they were worried what might happen if it got Loose in the Hospital. So an officer shot and killed it. No one was injured.
