Brooks said the judges decision wednesday Means the Case could finish in a year rather than two. We still have to sift through the same amount of material even if it is to go to trial on a fewer number of charges he said. Its not As if the totality of the evidence is somehow attorney general Wally Oppal was also pleased at the judges decision because one of our nightmares would be to try and find members of the Public who would serve As jurors if we were proceeding with All of the counts of the but Oppal added that the other charges Haven to been dismissed.
