Jeffrey Peter son was last seen by a Neighbour outside his House last saturday afternoon. Peterson 37, is 5-9 and 150 pounds with a slim build Light Brown hair Grey eyes and moustache. He also wears glasses and is a moderate to heavy smoker. Police said Peterson a vehicle was not taken and he does not have a history of leaving without telling anyone. Train jumper injured a woman is in Hospital and could face trespassing charges after injuring her self while jumping from a train in the Transcona Yards yesterday morning a in rail spokesman said. Police officer Hurt in fight a Dauphin policeman was hospitalized following a three person scuffle in the parking lot of a Dauphin inn last Satur Day and a couple faces charges. Rae is considered the main challenger in the Liberal leadership race to front runner Michael Ignatieff. In a crowded Field of candidates the former nip pre Mier of Ontario has to Date raised More Money than any other challenger and is just now entering an Active period of pol icy announcements. Earlier this week Rae made a foreign policy speech in Toronto that garnered numerous headlines. Rae said he has been working steadily throughout the summer to build up to a string of policy announcements to let liberals and canadians know where he stands on the most pressing issues. As for the current conservative government Rae said its refusal to respect the work done to reach the Kelowna Accord is an indication Harper does to get i Don to think they accept the constitutional obligation that i think we very clearly have.
