Huntingdon reit reports profit for second Quarter Huntingdon reit to xxv reported yesterday that it has swung to a profit following a year ago loss. Net income Rose to $150,650, for the period ended june 30, from a loss of $18,147 in the same Quarter last year. In the second Quarter the Winnipeg based company Soper rating income was pushed higher after it acquired seven prop erties for $113 million. The increase was partially offset by a Rise in financing and Trust expenses. Revenue for the period jumped to $12.8 million from $2.2 million. On aug. 22, the tax conditionally approved the Trust to shift its units to the main Stock Exchange from the Junior venture Exchange within 90 Days.
