Crown attorney Lisa Carson said her Bert Borkowsky deserves a sentence of More than three years in a Federal Penitentiary for plying with alcohol a defenceless teen almost half a Century his Junior and then sexually assaulting her. Court was told the teenager did to want to go to work on june 5, 2002, at the entertainment Centre located South of grand Beach provincial Park but she did when her Mother told her to. Carson said the girl had been cleaning a Shower at the entertainment Centre when Borkowsky the maintenance Man Ager of the site invited her to go for a ride with him. The Crown said Borkowsky picked up some alcohol at a store and they went to a gravel pit where they drank. Court was told that when Borkowsky began to touch her she asked to be taken Back to the entertainment Centre because her Mother was going to pick her up. Carson said Borkowsky instead drove them Back to the store to get More Alco hol and then they returned to the gravel pit. Middle of nowhere once there the senior forced the teenager who was now drunk blacking out at times and throwing up to have sex with him. She was at the mercy of the accused effectively in the Middle of nowhere the Crown said. Her youth was taken away from her by a Man nearly 50 years older than the Crown said Borkowsky then dropped the distraught teen off at Home and returned to the entertainment com plex where he talked to another employee. The Crown said since the sexual assault the now 22-year-old woman has tried committing suicide twice and has it been Able to work or go to school.
