Rick Lussier and Gus Wruck Are now running for Reeve and three others Are running for the vacant Council seat left by Wruck. Halbert had been Reeve since 2006, when he was acclaimed to office. Two weeks after his disqualification the doctor gave Halbert a clean Bill of health to enable him to return to work. But the by election for August had already been triggered.
