Harper is widely expected to ask gov. Gen. Michelle Jean to dissolve parliament sometime in the next week but Liberal caucus chairman Anthony Rota says right now the Liberal meeting is still All systems go. However the meeting would be cancelled if Harper drops the writ before the meeting begins tuesday and it would be Cut Short if the election Call comes before the meeting is Over on thursday.
