Tweed has been very quiet As an my since he moved into the Federal government in 2004 but he was a Cabinet minister in Manitoba briefly in 1999. Secretaries of state Are assistants to ministers and while they dont sit with the full Cabinet they do attend Cabinet committee meetings.
