Y. Daily News photographer. The paper splashed the story, natch, and another snapper got some pix. Alex, unshaven and lean in jeans and a windbreaker, lunges at Marcus Santos, shoving him and allegedly delivering one punch to the chin. Santos quotes Baldwin this way: " Stay away from me, or I'll break your ( bad word) teeth." Hilaria stayed out of the way. Santos filed a complaint; police are investigating. Baldwin tweeted: " A ' photographer' almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning # allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded". His PR people insist " there were no punches thrown" and that Baldwin was " protecting himself." He's 54. Hilaria is 28.
