Condolences may be offered at passages.winnipegfreepress.com EHN (STEVENS) Margaret Sydney TODAY’S OBITUARY NOTICES (Notices may not appear in alphabetical order) MARGARET SYDNEY EHN (nee STEVENS) Margaret passed away peacefully on January 9, 2025 at the age of 94. She will be missed and is survived by her children Tom (Cheryl), Ken (Rosemary), Paula (Gord), grandchildren Curtis (Chantal), Jenelle (Liam), and Denise (Joel), sister Barbara (Bill), and brother George (Marvee). She was predeceased by her husband Eric in 2009 after 52 years of marriage. Also, by her parents Sydney and Bernice and her sisters Trudy and Zella. Margaret grew up in Winnipeg. She dedicated herself to her family, friends and church. She always kept busy with crafts, various organizations, square dancing, travel, church activities and her family. She was always concerned about her family and would do anything for them. The family extends its sincerest gratitude to the wonderful team at River East Personal Care Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday January 16 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or a charity of your choice.
